Customer Service Handler - Total Loss

Location - Newcastle
Employment Type - Full Time - Permanent
Salary - £24,500 + Great Benefits!
Hours Per Week - 37.5

We currently have vacancies within our Theft and Total Loss Teams. 

We are looking for people who champion our customers, want to provide an excellent service and have a keen interest in fraud.

No day is the same in claims management, every claim is different to the next. You will provide excellent service to our customers throughout the process whilst gathering and recording all required information onto our claims management system.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Empathetic and understanding towards others
  • Excellent communication skills – be confident talking on the phone
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in Claims Management is desirable
  • Desire to deliver great customer service
  • Interest in fraud
  • Communications with external suppliers
